Fees

A non-refundable one-off registration fee of £10.00 is payable on receipt of an application form.

The fee structure is as follows:

Sessions up to the first term after your child's 3rd birthday

For sessions up to the first term after your child's 3rd birthday, the session fee for playgroup children is £3.00 per hour.

Sessions beginning in the term after your child turns 3

Your child is entitled to 15 hours of free childcare with us. We will provide you with the appropriate form once your child is eligible for this free childcare.

If you wish your child to attend for more than 15 hours with us, or you use your voucher entitlement at another setting, we currently charge for additional hours at the rate of £4.10 per hour.

Our fees are reviewed annually, normally during the summer term, with any increases normally taking effect at the start of the following academic year in September. You will be advised of any changes as they occur.

Parents should not sign children up for sessions if they are unable to meet payments. If fees are overdue your child may lose their place. Refunds cannot be made for absences for reasons such as common illness and holidays.

Playgroup will occasionally organise day trips out for the children, sometimes including parents. On these occasions, refunds of session fees will not be made as Playgroup will still have costs to cover, such as rent and staff wages.

Any activities arranged (such as Christmas parties) on a day when your child does not usually attend Playgroup will be charged at the normal session fee unless you are otherwise advised. All children are welcome to attend these special events even if they do not normally attend that session.
